Privacy Notice

Controller

Tetikle (sole trader). Company name and tax details will be added once the business is registered.

Data processed

Full name, business name, email, optional phone, sector, daily message range, channels and an optional short note. The form does not ask for health data; do not enter patient or customer personal data in the note.

For technical security (preventing excessive requests) your IP address is kept as an irreversible hash for 24 hours at most; the raw IP is not stored.

Purpose

To reply to your application and to provide the audit service.

Legal basis

Processing your data to answer your application and run the pre-contract discussion is directly related to the conclusion of a contract (KVKK Article 5/2-c). The checkbox in the form confirms that you have read this notice.

Transfers

Data is stored with a hosting and database provider (Cloudflare) based abroad. If a separate email service is used for notifications it will be listed here. No AI provider processes your application data.

Retention

Applications are kept for 12 months; those without an outcome are deleted after 6 months. Records are deleted automatically when these periods end.

The application notice also lands in the data controller's mailbox; those copies are deleted on the same retention periods.

Records you delete may remain in the hosting provider's backups for a short time.

Your rights

You can write by email to exercise your rights under the Turkish data protection law (KVKK, Article 11). This notice makes no claim of compliance with UK or EU GDPR.

Marketing

No marketing messages are sent through the form; for outreach to business emails, see the #pazarlama section.

Where we got your business email

Source: the business email address your company published on its own website or in a public directory.

Purpose: to send your business a one-time introduction of our service and to follow up on it.

Legal basis: legitimate interest (KVKK Article 5/2-f).

Retention: if you do not reply, your email address is deleted after 90 days.

Objection: a one-line reply or a message to iletisim@tetikle.com is enough; your address is removed from the list immediately.
